Mentor Brunch
The brunch will kick off with a fast paced, timed, 1:1 power feedback session where each participant will seek feedback in the form of 1 prepared question from each mentor. Mentors will be provided a summary of all passion projects ahead of time.

Date: Late January 2027 (Saturday, 23rd or 30th)
Time: 11 AM - 1:30 PM
Location: Downtown Austin (with free parking at building)

Ongoing Mentoring
Mentors will have the option to adopt a participant's passion project roadmap development journey through May 2027. Time commitment is one hour (via email or virtual meeting) per month, for three months. Mentors will then coordinate with the participant and their parents/guardian's for future mentorship. Additional async training will be provided for mentors who are able to adopt a participant's journey.

Annual Corazon Ball
Mentors' presence at the Annual Corazon Ball will be the concluding event. Mentors will be given a code to purchase up to two $75 tickets to ball.

Date: Saturday May 15, 2027
Time: 6 PM - 10 PM
Location: Central or South Austin location.

Safety and security
Background Check: All mentors will be required to complete a $19 background check if one is not on file with the background check vendor within the last 12 months.
Communication with participant: Mentors who adopt a participant's project roadmap development journey will cc the participant's parent/guardian in all email correspondence and virtual meeting calendar invites.

Female adult
Resident of Austin, TX area since at least April 2025
Plans to reside in Austin, TX area through May 2027
Background Check
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 5 years of paid work experience in profession
Have up to date LinkedIn profile
